Youthhealthtalk enables young people, their family and friends, and professionals such as doctors and teachers to understand young people's experiences of health, illness and life in general. The website feature real-life accounts of issues such as effect on work and education, social life and relationships, consulting health professionals and treatment.

New Patient Registration

register_nowWhen registering with the Practice, you will be asked to provide 2 forms of I.D (proof of address dated within the last 3 months and photo I.D). You will also need to complete a registration form and health questionnaire which will be provided upon receipt of correct I.D.  We will then book you an appointment for a routine registration check with the Health Care Assistant.

You have a right to express a preference to receive services from a particular doctor or nurse either generally or in relation to any particular condition. The Practice will endeavour to comply wherever possible with your wishes.


Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information. You will be unable to book any appointments until you have completed the full registration process.
