Due to the clinical systems being merged on the 16th April 2018.
All requests for electronic repeat prescriptions have been disabled until the morning of the 17th April 2018 to allow the merger to take place.
The ability to reuests your medication on line will be All online request will take 72 working hours to process. if in doubt please contact the surgery to find out if your prescription is ready.
To help with providing your prescription please inform the practice of a nominated pharmacy of your choice and your prescription will automatically go to the pharmacy to complete.
There are a few drugs which cannot be sent to the pharmacy automatically the surgery will inform you if this is relevant to your prescription.
If you have not received a username or password to access online ordering. Please ask at reception for the relevant form you will need to types of identification. Access to online services usually takes between 10 & 14 working days.
